We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt.

Our Returns Policy

We offer a 28-day returns policy from the date you receive your items. Your returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is simple and can be done by following these steps:

  1. Log into your account on our website.
  2. Go to ‘My Orders’ and select the relevant order.
  3. Follow the instructions to generate your returns authorization.
  4. Pack the items securely, include the returns note, and post it back to us.

Please note that we recommend using a trackable postal service for your return as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned parcel, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund and show it on your statement.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We are sorry if you have received a faulty or incorrect item. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately and we will gladly assist you with a return and replacement or refund.
